Hi, I've read many posts mentioning sunlight having a positive effect on KP. What I was curious about was whether it helped anyone with their bumps? Also, do tanning beds help at all with the bumps? Anyone with the red face problem see any changes (good or bad) after tanning?

I also saw a lot of posts about tanning causing skin cancer. Isn't it possible to control the damage done to your skin with sunscreens applied in certain amounts?
