My 3 year old has been diagnosed with this and we've tried various things. We've been using Eucern but I came across, Vaseline Deep Moisture Creamy Petroleum Jelly. It wasn't in the lotion aisle, it was with the vaseline. I've noticed a difference, although, it isn't gone, the redness is better and there seem to be fewer bumps (perhaps that's because the redness is better).
