I've had this condition for over three years now and have tried several over the counter things. I never really had a problem until one day I got tired of shaving so I used nair.. both on my arms and legs.. now I have it all over my foreamrs and above my knees.. I think it may also be on my face. I went to a derm-was not impressed. they confirmed the pilaris, but said the face was rosacea. I'm not too sure about that. I've seen pucs of both and my face looks a lot less like rosacea and more like pilaris. I have noticed that certain creams aggravate my condition. My derm prescribed keralac lotion (not covered by ins) has anyone tried that? I also thought of looking for products with sulfur..any suggestions? The pharmacist said maybe Selson Blue might help. Opinion on this?
There was a website called facedoctor.com I looked up that uses Seabuckthorn Oil. Has anyone tried this? I'm just looking for a little help. I live in Las Vegas so it's hot dry and out water is horrid- even with a softener. I had acne as a teen, but I grew out of most of my skin problems until I moved back here.

I am trying face doctor but switching to dermodex soon.

You need to give it at least 3 months.
