I have horrible bumps on my face, my cheeks, chin and forehead. I hate it sooo much! I just wish that I could have normal skin like everyone else. I try to cover it up with foundation, and it covers the reddness for a while but rubs off during the day. And the bumps are still there. I have tried so many things but nothing has worked that well. does anyone know the best thing to use to help keratosis pilaris on your face?

please ead my post on "please try vita a beta carotene..it's a vita a deficiency. that God willing should keep new bumps from coming back. to get rid of existing ones, look into retin a and tazarac, both prescription, also you can look into glycolic peels for the face or microderabrasion. please tyry the carr0t juice though and see if that keeps it under control and stops new ones from coming back.
