The only place I had bumps in the first place were my arms..my legs just have tons of red dots.
The bumps aren't completely gone but they are pretty darn close. i just exfoliate..not to the extreme..just with my regular buff puff in the shower. then sometimes (like once every week or two) I use a body exfoliating scrub. I use Skin Milk's just because it smells good lol..but i don't think it's necessary..then i just moisturize tons. I've been using Jergen's skin smoothing lotion, but i'm going to switch to something more natural because i don't like the idea of putting all these acids (alpha a beta hydroxy) on my skin. I think the key to the bumps is just proper exfoliation and moister

Does the sweet almond have anything to do with circulation too?? I've read before that almond oil helps get rid of dark under eye circles... ???

I live in the UK and you can get euclalyptus essential oil from either Boots or Holland and Barratt.

I think it's actually the Tea tree that brings down the redness - the lavender and eucalyptus on their own didn't work.

Proper circulation seems to be the key to beating this. Anything that aids in the stimulation, I will support. Even the circular motion of exfoliation has seemed to help me.

Call me crazy but I think KP may improve with a LACK of circulation. My whole life I have worn socks 24 hours a day (except for showering of course). The area of my calves which have been covered by socks 90% of my life are pristine 100% KP free. Also, there is absolutely no hair on my lower calves for some reason (maybe the socks). I've spoken with my dermatologist about laser hair removal on the areas with KP and he thinks it would be a waste of time but he's willing to cut me a discount if I decide to try it.

i don't think wearing socks would decrease circulation. i wear under armor clothing to increse circulation. I have bad circulation and it that really helps in the appearance.

I don't wear socks, and I have no hair on my bottom calves. I am guessing, there is no KP there, because the least amount of hair grows on my calves.

I have lived with providing no circulation on my skin, and as a result I had terrible KP. But now that I properly circulate my skin, my KP is slowly disappearing.

Exfoliating in a circular pattern on your skin. There are essential oil/lotions that also help.
