I'm new to the KP.org community, and as I've reviewed postings, I've noticed many of you discussing the miracles worked by sulphur soap. I have several questions:

Where do you buy it? Can I get it at a grocery or drug store? Should it be a specific brand or percentage of sulphur? Also, does sulphur soap work better for bumps OR redness, or is it good for both?

I'm 23 and blessed with KP all over, but have less actual "bumps" than I used to. Mostly, it's that I have annoying red spots all over my upper arms and buttocks, and a little on my forearms. I've tried LacHydrin, AmLactin, salycic acid, Retin-A . . . All seem to help either bumpiness or redness, and exacerbate the other problem. For example, if I start applying heavy moisturizer, my redness might go away, but the bumps will then crop back up or get worse. Lately, I've just stuck to a regimen of exfoliating with Dove moisturizing body wash, and applying a light moisturizer like Aloe or Oil of Olay. I'm very interested to learn more about sulphur soap. . . I'd really appreciate all who can give me details!!

Go to www.sulphursoap.com and get the soap that is 3% SA. I think they call it "SAL-3 Soap".
