microdermabrasion/keralyt/glycolic lotion

I have found using multiple products is the best way to manage KP. Alternate 20% glycolic lotion and keralyt gel at bedtime and use the home microderm kit one time a week (right before showering). I have had KP for 33 years and this is the best solution I have come up with. Your skin will be sensitive at first so take it easy.

The directions clearly prohibit exfoliation while using the kit. Everyone on this site suggests microdermabrasion coupled with regular exfoliation. I am afraid that this will make my skin even worse....

I am thinking of trying microdermabrasion as well, and want to know what success others have had? Or does anyone know of any clinical trials looking at this?
