hey everyone im new! well ive been lurking for a while but you guys just seem so damn nice i thought i would take the plunge and say hi.

ive had KP my whole life, sometimes it gets me down, other times i think life could be worse

now what im wondering do other people feel like their arms are heavier?....hear me out i just feel like i can wash and moisturise but i feel like theres so many layers of skin and its all tight and dry...but when the KP is getting better my skin feels lighter? when i was a kid i thought picking at the KP would somehow make me feel lighter...
