I heard Vibradermabrasion is like Microdermabrasion but it's better for doing larger areas. Do a search for Vibradermabrasion and Keratosis Pilaris and you'll find a lot of information.

Here is a bit that I found on the internet which makes me want to give it a try. I wish it was covered under medical insurance because it isn't cheap.

An ideal candidate for Vibra-Infusion is anyone with fine lines and wrinkles, age spots or dull skin, acne scars, dryness or oily skin. The procedure also reduces the appearance of pore size. It is the treatment for stubborn keratosis pilaris of the arms. Patient response has been phenomenal. After Vibra-Infusion most people can’t believe how smooth their skin is- all the little bumps and uneven texture have been buffed away. After a few days when they see the tightness and firmness of their skin, they are hooked.
