Dial Liquid Soap with Exfoliating Beads and Loofah helping...

A few weeks ago, I picked up a liquid shower soap product by Dial that is a soap, moisturizer and exfoliator in one. "Dial Daily Care Body Wash" I think it is called. It has little beads in it that help exfoliate. I believe the mechanism of exfoliation is mechanical. Rubbing the beads against the skin. I have been using it everyday for a few weeks with a loofah(1 buck at WalMart) and it has definitely helped my KP a good deal. It didn't cure it, but it definitely has helped it. I also apply a liberal amount of Vaseline brand lotion after showering too. Before, stumbling across this product, I used Dial's liquid moisturizing/antibacterial soap with no luck. In fact, I was looking to buy more of it at WalMart(I liked it rather than a bar of soap and found the smell pleasant) when I found this product and decided to give it a try. Just thought I would tell everyone about it. It may help your KP out too.
