infected hairs

infected hairs
I keep getting these infected hairs all over my body like acne like a pimple will form in different areas of my body its soooooooooooooooooo annoyin..anyone have this to?!? If so what you do about it.

I have this problem too, but only on my chest where I used a stiff brush(something I don't reccomend anyone try).
