I have an IDEA, I need everyone's help

So.....I seriously think it's from something in my diet, but I can't be sure. I stopped eating cookies and cakes and stuff with refined sugar and flour for a while, and this weekend I was bad. I think it got worst because of it. Also, once I stopped and started again, I had tummy aches. Could it be flour? refined sugar? I really think refined sugar makes it worst.

But I'm not sure about all of these.

Here's the plan:

It's too hard for me to eliminate/add/do all these diet combinations myself. Also if I say no dairy, not too much calcium, no refined sugar, no flour, no overly oily foods, add this, take out that, etc etc etc....it's too much for me to do alone...and changes are that I wouldn't stick to it for more than a week!

But if we work together and everyone commits to eliminating or adding one thing (eliminating is more important for me right now)...we might, might get somewhere. It'll be our own clinical research.

One will commit to no cookies, cakes, ice cream, and refined sugar for a month and stick to it no excuses! I'm willing to do this....

dairy, chicken, fish, flour, add vita d, b's, oils, a,

we can do so many different combinations....

don't know what you guys think....but it's definitely not related to the hair follicles for me. I just get little bumps on my shoulders and back out of no where and i really think it's spurred by my diet.

It'll take me a lifetime to do all this diet research alone....

daze

I would LOVE lots of input....group endeavor here

I'll try my hardest to do the refined sugar thing, it's something I've been trying to do anyway, now that someone needs me to do it I may push myself more.

EDIT: I just looked up exactly what refined sugar is (I figured it would just be in cakes and stuff), but turns out that it's in pretty much everything. Looks like I'm going organic for a month.

I think dairy is important in calming the KP because of the vit D and calcium..I've read that in alot of posts. I take a multi-vitamin and a vit A supplement everyday. I don't eat fish and I try to drink milk everyday. I've been doing this about 3 weeks now, and I see a little improvement but not drastic. I'll keep you updated if this will help on your research

I have been avoiding dairy for quite sometime now and reduced my refined carbohydrates/sugar intake almost completely and have found a very noticeable difference in the kp on my legs and buttocks however not completely. I think the reason sugar makes it worse is because it does inhibit absorption of calcium and many other minerals and vitamins.

i think my problem personally is that im either not absorbing my minerals/vitamins properly or am not getting the reccomended daily allowance of the minerals/vitamin each day causing a deficiency.

So this is going to be my experiment..What i am going to be doing hopefully in the next 3 weeks is im going to buy a juicer but its not a centrifugul juicer its a mastication juicer which allows to juice wheatgrass and all types of fruits and vegetables extremely well. (you can look at up if you want at http://www.juicersaustralia.com.au/kempo_juicer.shtml) Wheatgrass is considered a whole food and contains around 20 minerals/vitamins etc and has more protein that meat/dairy. So if i was to drink wheatgrass everyday i would know that i am getting all of my minerals/vitamins that i need per day and if i am deficient in calcium or another vitamin or mineral that is causing the KP drinking wheatgrass should definitely clear it up.
