I was perscribed "Differin" cream %1 it worked for a little while but never completely took it all away, also after a little while my skin seemed to "get used to" the product and sometimes made it a little worse. Any advice would be great!

I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub for sensitive skin, the Body Shop olive body scrub in the shower, and Lubriderm Seriously Sensitive lotion to moisturize lots and lots.
No more medicated creams and stuff for me. I never found anything that worked to make my kp better except exfoliation and proper moisturizing. |

Hello again! Thanks for the tips! I am also going to try DERMAdoctor KP Duty Dermatologist Moisturizing Therapy For Dry Skin as far as moisturizing, and I might try as well the clarisonic for the exfoliation part of it. Do you like the way the Sait Ives exfoliation makes your face feel? Does it aggrivate your KP/milia? Thanks!

I am lucky enough to not have kp on my face, but I do have very sensitive skin, and the St Ives doesn't aggravate it at all. I'd say it's worth a try - but really, the important thing is that you are moisturizing and exfoliating properly (and gently), with whatever products that work best for you.
Good luck! |

Thanks guys! I just wanted to know what everyone uses. I feel like I waste too much money buying tons of useless products otherwise. I think I will try the St Ives scrub on my arms (i only ever used the st ives apricot exfoliating shower gel and it did nothing!).

Yeah I know what you mean about feeling like you are wasting money and time on products that just dont work! I am also gonna try the Saint Ives scrub as well on my face and on my body. My face is the thing that bothers me the most though..cause I just wanna have a completely smooth face like everyone else!

That must suck having it on your face! I have a bit of acne so I know how you feel! I think someone should start a website (like makeupalley) where users with KP post reviews on products and how effective they are.

The best thing I've used is PAW PAW OINTMENT. It is the most beautiful moisturiser in the world and is great for grazes and bruises etc. BUT if you put it on at night it will oil up your sheets BAD!!! I used it for 2 weeks straight and noticed less bumpiness and more even colour in that time. People asked me "why do you look so fresh?" But I am such a slacker that I forgot to keep applying it so I'm back to where I started. No problem for sensitive skin it is made from Paw Paw only.
