MSM soap!
Hi- I've been doing a few things differently recently, so I don't know which one has affected the KP, but I think that most important is the MSM soap I've been using for 3 weeks now. It is a soap with sulfur but it smells like lemon! The brand name is actually MSM, and I found it in my healthfood store. I leave it on my skin for 3 minutes, then wash it off. My skin feels a little rough for around a 1/2 hour after, but thn it feels so smooth! I really have not had problems since using it.

I have also stopped scrubbing as this led to increased redness. But that is just me- for some people, scrubbing is the only thing that works.

But try the MSM soap!

walmart? rite aid? walgreens? or just the internet????
