Stress?

It's not caused BECAUSE of stress, but apparently stress can worsen it.

Stress can definitley worsen it. My KP had practically dissapeared on its own. I moisturize almost daily and i exfoliate when i rememeber too. Latley i've had financial troubles and the stress of exams and the semester ending. I was so stressed that my hair started falling out. Around that time my KP got 100 times worse. Right now I've had to start moisturizing and exfoliating daily.
I agree with the post above. Stress doesnt cause it, but it will aggravate it |

yes!
Yeah- my KP worsened when I was stressed about taking the GRE but then got better after I took it. Also, now I am writing applications for school, and it is worsening.

Mine definitely gets worse when I am stressed.

Oh, wonderful. Another problem of mine related to my stress- therefore meaning I'll never get rid of it. *sigh*
