Ingrown Hair Vs Keratosis Pilaris

The other day I was clearing out my cupboard full of skin care **** and I came across this product called "Ingrow go" by Skin Doctors. It's made to "purify affected pores and reduce appearances of red spots". Since ingrown hair is just hair curled up in bumps, unable to surface the skin (similar to keratosis pilaris), I was wondering whether or not it is possible that it would also help the effects of kp.

I mean, the purpose of this "Ingrow Go" is to "exfoliate deeply removing dead skin making ingrown hairs pop-out easily" and that it has a "renewing effect that peels away the oldest layer of skin revealing the fresh glowing skin beneath it"

I also checked the ingredients and it contains:
- isopropyl alcohol
- water
- acetyl salicylic acid
- glycolic acid
- glycerin
- propylene glycol and
- triethanolamine

It has both salicylic and glycolic acid so .. I don't know.. Lol.. I was going to try it but when I opened up the box.. i found that there was none left (I'm guessing it was my sister's **** that she chucked in my room). I was just wondering whether anyone else thinks its worth buying another bottle and trying it out..

Btw, sorry for all the "quotes" .. I took it straight from the box of the product..

This kind of thing would be similar to the "Cliniques anti blemish spray" or anything along the line of that. Also like PFB (perfect for bumps) which I got from my estetician for ingrowns when I get waxed, made up of a couple of different acids. They work well, its worth a shot to try it. I have used PFB on my arms for my KP bumps and it makes them smoother, theres just better things ive found.
