sugar vs. sea salt scrubs

hey guys,

does anyone know if there is a prominent difference between using sugar scrubs or sea salt scrubs. Has anyone used both and compared the results. Is one overall better for you than the other. I mean...is salt bad for our sensitive, kp skin??

Thank you so much for your input.

I have used both in homemade scrubs. Both worked well for me.
