For those who have had success with the Apricot Scrub, how often have you used it? Everyday, every other day? Do you give your skin a rest or is it better to use it everyday? Thanks.

I use mine everyday when I am in the shower. When I stop, the bumps come back.

Yeah, i use mine nearly everyday as well. Sometimes I use it before I get in the shower on dry skin, that really does the trick when the bumps are being stubborn. But usually, I use it at the end of my shower when im about to get out, just massage it a little on both arms, followed by AmLactin when I get out. Keeps them really soft. Ive tried the regular apricot scrub and the medicated one (w/sal acid) and they both work well. Good luck!
