I was using the Body Shop's vitamin A lotion over the summer.. There is a "sensitive skin" version made to be used on the face, and it is also nice because it has sunscreen in it!

I didn't notice any drastic improvement in my kp (I was using the lotion on my arms), but it didn't get worse either. So why not try it? Good luck.
