Hi everyone im new here and i want to thank everyone from the info i have learned so far from reading. I've had KP for about a year now and i find it terribly hard not to pick at it and as a result leave scars all over my arms and chest from digging in my skin to pop out all the clogged pores. Im wondering if anyone knows of any herbs or natural treatments that heal scars or speed up the healing process of damaged skin from picking. I have been applying Aloe Vera ( I buy the actual plant and apply twice a day by cutting pieces off ) This is great for youre skin by the way and it has helped me in the past. I'd reccomend it to everyone. However, I really went at it last time and picked my arms and chest so deep and severely. It is taking so long to heal. Im wondering if anyone else knows of any natural methods that i can apply in combo with Aloe vera to heal this damaged hyperpigmented skin all over my arms and chest. Thanks.

Try tea tree oil. It is great for healing and has antiseptic properties as well! I have also read that it helps get rid of blemishes, so it's worth a try!

I have lots of bad hyperpigmented scars from picking my kp as well. I wish there was a way to make them magically disappear..
