How does it taste? How much does it cost for what amount? Do you recommend one brand over another? That's an interesting experiment you ran on yourself.

Carrot juice has a very sweet delicious taste to it. You will be surprised to find out how good it taste. I've actually always liked carrot juice because we Latinos drink it often as a substitute for breakfast. I just never drank it so frequently to notice any results.
I don't really know if you can buy it already made like you would orange juice. You'll have to look up your local juice store and see if they sell it. My local Juice store sells a large cup (the size of a medium drink from McDonalds) for about $4.00. At the juice store located in my university
www.juiceitup.com, they sell a 16 oz cup for only $2.50.
Try this for a period of two weeks to see if you notice any differences in the texture of your skin. You will also have to make sure that you take your vitamins so that they work hand-in-hand with the large dosis of Vit-A that you'll be getting out of the carrot juice. If you start noticing results, invest in purchasing a juice maker . I already have mine. I just buy my own carrots and produce my own carrot juice at home.
Stop consuming sugar, foods made from white flour, and lactose foods!!!
I don't know yet if this will eliminate the redness, it is too early to tell. My guess is that in my case, I'll have a lot of scarring due to
KP, but as long as we understand how to treat it from the inside; stop our system from producing excess keratin, we can focus on treating the outside through various other methods.
Hope that helps. I hope it works for you. Remember the saying: We are what we eat!
