I have given this a lot of thought and thought that i would share it. I will admit that I am one of those people who will try a certain regimen for a week or so and then quit, well I've decided to change my ways and stick with a regimen for as long as it takes which is a glycolic acid peel once a week (40%) and apply elicina cream twice daily while using some aha/bha soap. I do want everyone to try something though, whatever regimen you are on right now try VISUALIZING the treatment working! I know it sounds sort of weird but I am going to start visualizing the treatment penetrating the follicles and cleaning them out eliminating bumps and redness. The mind is the most powerful thing there is imo and I am going to start having it work for me instead of against me, just a thought.

I don't think that's weird at all. Half the reason that medicine works is because you believe that it will make you better. That's why the placebo effect is so strong. The power of the mind is a strong force indeed!
