2. Neutrogena bump minimizing lotion

3. Sulphur soap with sal. acid

4. MSM, omega 3 fatty acids, calcium, vitamin e and ANY KIND OF INTERNAL cleanse. (get them at health food stores...clean out your body)

5. Heal to Toe exfoliating lotion (get at Sally beauty supply...mix with other NON-MINERAL OIL lotion...stay away from petrolium and mineral oil)

6. Lush creme...get on internet

7. Any kind of acne lotion

8. Sugar scrub (sugar + vegitable oil) cheap and the acid in the sugar will help A LOT.

9. Lots of water and green tea

10. Sweating in sauna
