For anyone around Houston, TX, thought you might be interested - the University of Texas Medical School at Houston's Department of Dermatology is conducting a clinical trial of a topical solution to treat KP. The article came out Nov 2, but maybe they're still accepting volunteers.

Hi all,
This is my first post- I just recently discovered the website. Anyways, I live in Houston so I called the phone number in the article about the clinical trial for a KP topical treatment. Nobody answered so I left a message, hopefully it's not to late to volunteer. Anyways, I will keep you guys updated! ![]() |

Here's another site that list on-going clinical trials throughout the Unites States. I did a search for "keratosis pilaris" and found one link.

Apparently these people are not very interested in prospective volunteers.
I have called twice and both times no answer. I have left messages both times and nobody has called me back yet. I will try again tomorrow. |
