A few months ago someone suggested Betamide Lotion. Well I've been using it for about 2 months. It's been especially helpful now that it's winter. My arms usually get extra red, bumpy and angry during the winter months. Since Betamide, it has been less angry. I'm hoping over time I will see more results.

By the way, I also exfoliate with a simple loofah. But I plan to try the pumice sponge soon.
