Arrow Reference list...

For newbies especially - a master list of how we're treating our KP.

(List what you're using, product names, etc...)

Some success with:
- pumice sponge, lighter than the stone
- Dove Nutrium w/puff
- Eucerin Intensive Moisture, Aveeno, and/or Vaseline Body Complextion lotions
- clear aloe vera gel
- drink H20 & take a multivitamin everyday.
- sun exposure

Short and sweet way to compile the multitude of products we're all trying.

THANKS!!

Hi Aquarius84,

You can get Soul Owner at www.philosophy.com or www.drugstore.com , which has free shipping if you order $25 worth. The Soul Owner is $14 for 3.3 oz. I apply a very thin layer on my upper arms, so a little bit goes a long way.

This might be too abrasive for some people, but I use a dry skin brush. I use it before I go in the shower on my arms and legs and it's amazing the amount of dead skin that comes flying off! It is also meant to help with circulation problems, cellulite, digestion problems and a whole other range of things. It saves me scrubbing hard in the shower too!
It might not get rid of the bumps, but it helps with making your skin softer.
