Hi! I just wanted to let you all know that for the last few weeks I've been taking the vitamin suppliment Omega 3-6-9 that I purchased from Baar.com. In addition, I've been using Sulfer soap that I bought from http://www.sal3.com/ with a cloth - an exfoliating cloth - called Ayate that I also bought from Baar.com. My bumps are better than they've ever been in my life! Now pricing, total pricing for all of this is $11.95 for the cloth, $13.95 for the softgels, and I buy the soap in bulk - 12 bars for $35.95. THAT'S IT! My bumps are flatter and filled with less KP (I know this because I'm a picker). I have discovered that any lotion I use makes the bumps come out - no matter how expensive or posh the lotion is - it doesn't work. When my skin gets a little dry, I use Eucerine Dry Skin Therapy Plus Intensive Repair Lotion with Alpha Hydroxy. I bought that at WalMart. I am happy to reposrt something CHEAP that is working for me!
