Hey I just got back from the Derm and I asked him about Salex and the Keralyt and he actually told me to use Kerasal instead because it's cheaper and it's essentially the same thing except its all mixed into one. He told me to try it for a month and come back to see if he needed to change anything. He told me he has tons of patients who have Keratosis Pilaris some which have gotten better with age and some who are able to control it but he said everyone does different things to control it so he just told me to start with this and go from there. My KP isn't all that bad, but I do tan a lot to help conceal it. Anyways I'll try the Keresal and keep you guys posted.
