tanning

i really do think tanning is the answer... all i have to do is go out in the sun for 15 minutes, and i notice a SIGNIFICANT difference only a few hours later. it's really amazing, if i've been tanning at all, my KP is hardly noticeable (except to me).

The longer I tan, the longer the results seem to last.

When I used a tanning booth, I went in the stand-up for 6 minutes, and my KP almost disappearred for about 3 days. Then, it started coming back slowly, but I figure if I go outside every day and tan a little bit, it should slowly diminish. In the winter, I can always go to tanning booths if I need to be wearing a sleeveless shirt.

Although, I'm not sure this will work for everyone, as my KP is definately probably not as bad as a lot of peoples...

Anyways, good luck!

I've been debating on whether to try tanning or not. Do you wear SPF when you tan? I burn very easily and have very sensitive skin so I'm afaid to not wear anything!

nope, i don't wear sunscreen... i'm not talking about LONG tanning though, just getting out in the sun when i have time, and going to the tanning salon if i have time and money, but not like everyday or anything
