Hello All,
I had purchased this kit awhile back in hopes of improving my acne prone skin, and it did just that. Today, I decided to try using it on my KP on the backs of my arms. I just finished the treatment and my skin in that area already feels alot smoother. It is a 4 step process. The kit includes a pre peel scrub that really sloughs off the dead skin, oil reducing pads (contains Glycolic Acid) the actual peel solution (contains salicylic Acid and AHA)that you leave on for 8 minutes and finally a moisturizing gel that is really soothing and cooling. I will continue using it once a week and see if the KP improves. The cheapest price I found was on: http://www.skin-etc.com/ellaclcope.html Other sites had the product listed from $65-$80....the above site is selling it for $53.98. Here is some further info on the product: A weekly exfoliation process that unclogs pores, reduces oil accumulation and minimizes the development of future breakouts. Ideal for adults and adolescent skin, and if you have blackheads, whiteheads or body breakouts or your skin has dark or red spots left behind by previous breakouts. BENEFITS:
PS I'll keep you guys posted!! |

please keep us posted. Did it help with redness/scarring? Or maybe you should give it more time for that. Please keep us posted.

I havent noticed an improvement in the redness yet, but as you said, I may have to do it a few more times before I notice anything. The makers of the product claim that it helps with the "red spots left behind by previous breakouts"....so it may help fade them. I'll keep you guys posted:-)

It Works!!
It actually works....I did it a second time and notice a big difference...my skin is softer, smoother and less red. My boyfriend noticed the improvement as well. You guys should try it....oh by the way, Im also using sulfer soap (daily) and St Ives Apricot scrub with salycilic acid (approx 3X a week)

Yes, the redness has faded alot and I'm sure it will continue to get better with more treatments! Oh and the oil reducing pads that come with the kit are awesome you can use those daily....they contain alpha and beta hydroxy acids. They are probably very similar to the MD skincare body peel pads I hear everyone talking about....but those are kinda expensive.

Found a website in relation to it
http://www.drugstore.com/qxp77220_33..._treatment.htm
Try this site, it has the steps on how to effectively use the Ellen Lange Clear Complexion Peel Treatment. Brian p.s. Although a lot of times I'm inclined to just right aways ask a question on here, a quick google search sometimes finds the answer for me. Tip for next time ![]() |

yeah those directions are on the box actually. But I want to know if you apply all them right after each other or what. Where is the thread starter?

Yah i kind of thought that they'd probably give you directions with the box. And I just looked at that post I left, that smile at the end sure looked smug didn't it. lol Sorry bout that. Also, I'm no expert, but what I'd do if I read those directions, is do them one after another. Since they all require you to have your face dry before the next step, sounds like a safe bet.

Hello,
Sorry....I was out of the country for a week (went to Canada) Well this is how I apply it......and I use it once or twice a week. 1. Apply "Purifying Peel Prep Scrub" to damp skin on backs of arms, or any other affected area...gently massage for about a minute then leave on for an additional minute. Rinse well with water and dry. 2. Wipe back of arms, or any other affected area with the "Oil Reducing Pads"...let dry. 3. Pump some of the "Alpha/Beta Solution" into the small cup provided. Using the fan brush, brush the solution onto the affected area. I use an upward motion on the back of my arms...against hairline. Leave the solution on for about 10 minutes...it will begin to foam. Rinse well with water and pat dry. PS I don't really use the "Moisture Control Gel" that comes with the kit as I have been using Lac Hydrin Lotion that I purchased while in Canada...also, I really like the "Oil Reducing Pads" I use them once daily...hope this helps ![]() |
