Hi there everyone,

I'm a 21 year old female from Australia. I have also been suffering from keratosis pilaris all my life. I am extremeley self concious about it and avoid doing this because of it. Doctors told me i would 'grow' out of it, ie. get out of my office i can't help you. Its is mainly on my arms and legs and i have it on my face too, buts its not too noticeable with powder on.

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on wha treatments/ products/ regimes work best. I have fairly sensitive skin too.

I've noticed that a lot of the products people recommend are not available here in Australian stores and im not able to order things over the net.

All help and suggestions are welcome. I am ready to rid myself of this horrible condition.

Of course I'd recommend Arbonne, but I know they don't ship to Australia yet. I wouldn't mind ordering you some and shipping it myself, but I think the shipping might be pricey (I'll check, where in Australia?) Other than that, you might try Coconut Oil (the real stuff from health food stores), it seems some people are having good luck with that. Email me if you want me to find out about the shipping.

You might like to try Koru kp Cream or Lotion. I developed this for my own wife, who also has kp. More information is available on the thread "Who would like to try this"
