Re: Has anyone tried the Calcium combination?

hey denise! ive been using fish/flax seed oil supplements and calcium with D3 daily and its been about 4 or 5 days, and I haven't taken the full dose until I realized i wasn't recently =\ well i can believe it or not see a definite improvement. now im just hoping it will clear it up all the way! one arm was significantly worse than the other a week ago and now its caught up. nothing has ever worked that fast and im choosing to believe the calcium is doing its job! im not even taking the full DV because the full serving size of the pill im taking is about 63 percent of the DV. im hoping soon if i continue to see improvement i should up my dose and get rid of all the bumps? man if this did it denise you'd be my hero ;] the rest of my body feels smoother too and in good lighting u cant see any KP on me whatsoever. but im using a combination of eucerin with 10 percent urea which is helping too. I'm wondering exactly how much of the DV u take of calcium daily to keep your skin spot free of these evil bumps? =P and also im taking accutane so im wondering if taking these supplements will help or hurt my body while on it? I'd assume help because I need these vitamins at a time my body is weaker. and i also dont wanna lose any ground ive gained in the past monts. my arms in most lightings look clear! its great. also will the calcium clear up the bumps and redness on my cheeks? well thank you so much and when you get the chance it would be great if you gave me some answers you've found during ur treatment =] thanks
