Oil Bath + Vinegar?
I posted about some foot gel that was supposed to remove "keratin debris" around nails, and someone mentioned that the active ingredient was ethanoic acid. That is actually VINEGAR!
Then I read the posts about the various oil baths with s****ing, and I thought "Eureka!" How about an oil bath with some vinegar in it? I'm out of town right now, but I'm going to try the oil bath when I get home, and also vinegar. I'll let you guys know how this works.
As a sort of "side note", there are a lot of water "alkalizer" machines on the market that are supposed to make your drinking water more alkaline, which is supposed to be healthy. The ads for this machine also frequently mention WASHING with the acidic water to be healthy/helpful. Some people tout that they don't even have to use soap to wash their face any more, just the acidic water.
I had pretty much given up on seeing any improvement, and I've been away from the board for a while, but seeing some of these new threads and new products has given me some hope. I'm going to try the oil bath this weekend!!! Thanks for posting, all you guys!
