I take a shower everyday, but a friend was telling me that it was bad and I should shower like every other day. What do you think or have you found out?

Honestly, mine had gotten threefold worse since I began showering every other day. I am an advocate for showering daily and moisturizing often. I can't say it was only the lack of showering that made it worse, as it came about in a period of many lifestyle changes for me, but I can remember when I did take more showers it was controlled alot more.
Also, my weight fluctuates often, and I find that it gets equally worse when my weight is up than when it is down.

Yea, that is what I was thinking. As long as I moisturize after the shower there shouldn't be any problem with my skin drying out and I will retain more moisture from the water.
