    Exclamation Juice Fasting- treatment?

I recently discovered juice fasting. Through my research I've learned that fasting on fruit and vegetable juices for atleast 30 days will cleanse the system of all toxins and has been found to cure diseases such as arthritus and even cancer. I figured hey, if that can cure cancer then maybe it will cure my KP. Tomorrow i'm going to walmart to buy myself a juicer and start on my diet. I will keep ya'll posted on how it goes and if my KP clears up. Good luck!

That doesn't sound too good for your body, and even if it does work I doubt many people will be able to stick to it. But hey, if you've got the willpower, more power to you!

I agree. Even if it does work while you're on it, as soon as you return to your regular diet your Keratosis Pilaris will return.

About KeratosisPilaris.org

Keratosis Pilaris is a very common benign genetic skin condition. KeratosisPilaris.org is the definitive resource for KP on the internet.

KP appears as rough or bumpy skin on the back and/or outer sides of your upper arms. The severity of the symptoms varies from person to person. You can also manifest it on the face as a natural blush (known as KPRF or Keratosis Pilaris Rubra Faceii).

This community is composed primarily of KeratosisPilaris.org community members, but is also open for those interested in the topic.
