Question Questions about Carmol 20

I have some questions on using Carmol 20. I just ordered it and I don't know how much to use, how often and if I should still scrub and use any other products(moisturing lotions, etc.) along with it.
Thanks for any advice!
Oh by the way, anyone notice that they have "bumpier" days than others? Some days my skin looks better than other days and I always thought that was so strange. Maybe it's the lighting or something.

i've been using carmol 40 for about a week and a half now, by order of my dermatologist, and its just a lotion that i use after my shower. not sure about 20 though since its otc. i've noticed too that my bumps have their off days too, but i think most of the time it's in new places with different lighting.

I used derm. prescribed Carmol 40, which was too strong for me, and I got Carmol 20 and used it twice a day which was also too strong, even once a day irritated......I went to Tazorac which was prescribed but ordered from Canada Pharmacy for less, and used that for a few months. Most improvement has come from using an exfoliating scrub by Murad which I never used before, and scrubbing seems to help my legs and smooth my arms but still redness. I've ordered the Paula's Choice product and will probably try the new Neutrogena designed for help with KP bumps.

Good luck!

I hope you have better luck with the Carmol than I did. I was prescribed a Rx for Carmol 40 and it was way too strong! It made the back of my arms flare up like you wouldn't believe. Carmol 20 was just as bad. I was only using it in a lotion form and putting in on after a shower.

I hope it works for you!
