Unhappy Is there ANYTHING that will help a breastfeeding mom w/ KP?

UGH! After using this forum's advice more than two years ago, I was KP free until the last months of my pregnancy. Now, at 5 months postpartum and planning to breastfeed for at least another year, I am so depressed with how bad it is on the backs of my arms! The Dermadoctor wedsite says glycolic acid up to 20% is ok and i've been using various creams but nothing is making a dent! It's so much more stubborn now than it was when I first treated it. I just hate thinking that I have to live with this another year. But, of course I don't want to harm the little one. None of my doctors seem knowledgable about the condition except my derm who recommended Eucerin which did nothing. Apparently I can't use AmLactin she says. This helped in the past. Any breastfeeding moms out there with tx that worked?

I just want to say that my KP was really bad post partum. It faded but it took a good while (about a year and a half-sorry, I know you odn't want to hear that). I wasn't able to find anything that really sped up the process, but I tried sulfur soap that seemed to help a bit. I'm sorry. I BFed ny son up until about a month ago (for two and a half years). The KP got better, but now that he's weaned I am ready to search for more aggressive treatment.
