Has anyone thought about using Proactiv?

I was watching an infomercial the other day on Proactiv. I know that some derms say that KP is a kind of acne. The description of Proactiv seemed exactly like what we need.

Has anyone tried it?

Right now I'm using Murad Acne Complex. It's only been about 2 weeks so I really don't see a big difference but it is helping with the redness. I think it might have potential.

I have been using ProActiv for about 4 months to relieve occasional breakouts, and it works miracles for my face. I can finally leave the house without putting on any makeup. I had not thought of using it on my kp, but it is worth a shot. It is around 50.00 by the time you add s&h and tax for a 2 month supply. It would be worth it though if it would help with the redness. Tanning has gotten rid of the bumps completely on my legs and arms, but the redness is still on my arms. I'll let you know my results! By the way, thanks for the idea!

my sister tried proactiv on her face for 2 months and it didnt do a damn thing except make it worst, it flared up her acne. they say it's suppose to get worst before it gets better but she never saw the better part.....so there's still some left in our bathroom just takin up space...i dont have acne but occasionally i'll get a few blemishes so i decided try it out and it broke me out even more..We both have really sensitive skin and i'd think having kp makes ur skin sensitive too...at least mine is...so i dont think it'll work

Everyone has learned through personal experience and from this website that with certain products one person may not have the same exact results as another. So if a product does or does not work for one person someone else may have the opposite result. With ProActiv, it may depend as Rosiecheeks said, how sensitive your face is.

I think this is the best product in treating acne..Almost half of my life i lived with acne..until i tried this product. I think i will be forever and ever loyal proactiv solution user..

By the way, I created a website on different acne treatment products and their reviews I need your help by posting your testimonials and ratings on product you have used and your experience. By this we can help others review the product before buying them..

Thanks very much..

I use it on my face and it has greatly reduced the KP, however, when I ordered the body gel and lotion, it didn't do anything special for me. I will just use it on my face!

I've tried it on my KP and it really doesn't seem to help. It has really helped my face and back, but that acne not KP. My back is pretty much clear for the first time in 8 years and when the occasional blemish comes back I use extra repairing cream on it and the next day it is either diminished greatly or just totally gone. Thank you benzol peroxide. Just wish there was something that worked that good on my darn KP. It's almost like my KP is shifty. Something will work at first, then get worse or it doesn't work, then works then gets worse again. geez.
