Just wanted to say, like many others have before...I am so glad I found this site. Thank you all! I have a lot of ideas for treatments I can try myself.

I went to the Derm, and she gave me this alpha-hydroxy Lactate cream that is behind the counter at the pharmacy, but you don't need a prescription. It is really thick and made my white bumps worse...there were more of them!!! I stopped using it yesterday after a few weeks, but will it get worse before it gets better?

I think I'll go back to just sulphur soap and try the oxy 10 and neutrogena lotion.

Any advice?
