Larger bottles?

The other day I went to the store to find any moisturizers with Salicylic acid in it. All the ones I found were in little bottles, for your face. I really don't feel like buying tons of little things of cream that will only last a little while. Aren't there any large bottles?

biggest I've found is Neutrogena Body Clear body lotion w/ 2% sal acid. it's an 8.5 oz bottle. costs about $ 7 to $9 at Target, Walgreen's etc., or $5-$6 at drugstore.com.
I like it.

I emailed Neutrogena -- they have indeed discontinued the Body Clear Lotion. Figures!! It was one of the most reasonably priced products w/ sal acid out there!!
murphy's law, I guess!

Damn that sucks. I actually did buy a tube of Clearasel mosturizing lotion with S.A., but it smells nasty and actually seems to be making my K.P. worse.

Cool Salycilic acid

Mary Kay carries a "Blemish Control Toner" that has 2% salycilic acid in it. I have been using it on my arms, and I think it has helped some.

After reading some of these threads I'm going to go to my doctor ASAP and see about some of the Tazorac cream (Tazarotene)! Finally, something that sounds really promising!

I've tried Lac-Hydrin, too - just got "moist" bumps, not less bumps.

remember, you can buy salicylic acid on medichest.com and mix it into a plain lotion (like cetaphyl). there's a post on here about it somewhere....i'll look for it and let you know
