All these acids/acne stuff, dry skin?
I see that a lot of people use acid/acne type medications, wouldn't something like that dry my skin out? I have KP sporadicly over my legs, not all concentrated in one area, so I think if I used Oxy or something like that, wouldn't that just make my skin get peely and dry? As it is, the second I get out of the shower my legs start feeling tight and dry, I use an alpha hydroxy moisurizer. Would it be too much to use one of these other methods like sulfa soap, etc?

The Oxy is used to fade the red dots left after getting rid of the bumps. After you apply the Oxy (before bed) you have to use a good moisturizer like Curel Q10. Again if you try the Sulfer Soap you need to moistururize really well. I use the Curel and I only need to apply it once between showers. Hope this helps.Kim
