about sulfur soap! AND WHAT WORKS FOR THE REDNESS?
to tell you the truth...i started using sulfur soap a long time ago. i am 24 now, i musht have been using it when 14! i went to the doctor and showed him the back of my arms and he recommended sulfur to me when i was younger. let me tell you this: it does a great job on the bumps!! but it really doesnt get rid of the REDNESS. if you look closely...it will dry your skin like hell making you think that the redness is dissappearing. but, like i said it does a great job on the bumps--as well as it should because sulfur soap is an anit-acne soap!!!
so now that we how to contain the bumps....what about the REDNESS? has anyone had a sucess with anything!!!??? |

Sulfur soap with Salicitic Acid
I have tried using the Sulfur Soap with Salicitic Acid in it, from the company suggested, and I have a lot of redness with my condition where the bumps are....it seemed to irritate it too much, and I'm wondering if I should try the soap without the acid in it....maybe that would be gentler...my skin is very sensitive and I possibly stop using things too soon because it gets so irritated....I usually stop things after about 3 weeks if I don't see improvement.....but if anyone has experienced that it will get worse before better, please let me know what kind of time frame you get with that! Maybe I need to be more patient with it and let it be more red for a few weeks? Even when my bumps seem to be minimal, the red dots are visible below the surface....anyone have this? It must be very deep......
