Hello, KP are actually a form of allergic inflammation reaction where oil gland (sebum) get trapped and become hard just beneath skin surface, in some cases hair folicles stimulate the oil glands, I feel you should see an allergist for your son and do not worry about the scars because the skin will shed and expose new fresh skin in about 60 days, try stop giving your son milk and in place give soy milk.
