I have had KP since before I was two. It is pretty much everywhere. I have tried a few things but the only thing that somewhat helps is the sun. I don't tan but just sunlight exposure helps a great deal. The reason I am beginning my seach for treatment is that my 3 year old son has KP and my 13 month daughter is slowly developing it. It is most prominent on their arms. I was wondering if anyone has altered their diet to determine if certain foods aggravate the problem? I have closely monitored my kid diet for any changes. I did not see any KP until after I started giving them meat. That was just around one year of age.
