I'm the mother of a 15 mo. old who has recently been diagnosed with kp. It appears on his upper arms and cheeks. It began appearing at 5 mo. I am concerned about scarring. Is scarring inevitable? Is there something I can do to prevent scarring? My pediatrician hasn't really been helpful. Should we see a dematologist? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I'm so thankful to have found your site!
