Hi to MichaelL, Christine, and Poor Eater-- I haven't responded in a while to my first posting and just wanted to refer you guys back down the long list. I added 2 postings on food and supplements on 1/22. The approach with my accupuncturist has been to remove things that are not working and add things that I need and am missing. I have undergone actual accupuncture treatments where she works on my meridian systems, specifically major organs like kidney, liver, spleen--also stomach, etc. I hope that the food and supplement postings offer some insight. Also, if you live near any Whole Foods markets or book stores, why not do some reading on Chinese medicine and foods? Sorry if I get a little too long in my responses. I've found the whole process pretty amazing--and remember, I went to the accupuncturist originally to help with my digestive problems. KP clearing up on my arms is an added bonus.
