Hi Jennifer, My daughter uses Differin Gel on her face for her kp, and its really helped alot. It costs $30 something a tube, but you only need to use a little once per day. My daughter had kp on the sides of her face, forehead and hairline, and also really bad in her eyebrows. Now, things aren't this bad anymore, and I would say 85% of her kp spots have disappeared by using this gel on her face. I will add, the first 3-4 weeks using this though there can be bad side effects. It made her skin very dried out, red, itchy, and it makes any ZITS you have worse if you have acne and things get inflamed and get yuckier during this time frame. About week 4 things start really clearing up and it really freaked me out how it just did a total 180. We were warned beforehand by our doctor so we knew what to expect, but my daughter really hated this part of it..... Anyway, best of luck, MolsMom
