You might want to try using the loofah gloves to exfoliate AFTER you apply Carmol 20. I was told this allows the lotion a deeper penetration into the skin - it helped keep new bumps away for me. If you are worried about dryness, try a little Carmol then exfoliate and apply a little more Carmol.
