I have been using the oxy and sulpher/sa soap for about two weeks now, and my kp is definitely better. The only problem is my skin is very dry. I put lotion and cocoa butter on 3-4 times a day, but it is still pretty bad.The oxy and the paulas choice 2% lotion also burn like mad when I put them on.
