Well for me I was always concerned that my arms were large and combined with KP they were not a pretty site. I'm not fat, but my arms were bit flabby compared to the rest of my body in my opinion. I did stress lots about it, but now i seem to be losing the weight on my arms and the KP is less noticable. I long for the day when I can wear a tshirt or singlet in public!
